My first experience with open access publication proved to be a very enjoyable experience. The processes involved with submission were simple. Peer review was prompt and effective. Communication with the journal editors was efficient allowing for speedy publication. I have been used to waiting months to see my work in print so it was to a pleasure to have the whole process over within a few weeks.
